including dirt, grease, and oil. Before applying primer
the surface should be treated to have a profile similar
to 100 grit sandpaper. Refer to epoxy system specifications
for complete application directions.

Deck offers two types of epoxy top coats: water
based (LD14-00K, LD25-00K) and 100% solids conventional
(LD22-00K for colors and LD36-96K for clear). After finishing
this step, you have completed the simple process of protecting
and decorating your floor. There are other options, such
as applying paint chips, to further decorate
if you so desire. The Paint Chips (LDPC) are broadcasted
into the steps before the coat dries. Then a clear coar
(LD31-96K) is applied over that to protect the paint chips.
Life Deck also manufactures a Chemical Resistant Urethane
(LD2003) for areas such as aiplane hangars or floors that
require greater chemical resistance and UV resistance.
